With years of formal mediation training and extensive experience handling a variety of disputes, Sean brings a balanced and thoughtful approach to each matter. He creates a neutral environment where all parties feel heard and respected, while maintaining a clear focus on forward progress and practical resolution. His style combines structure and efficiency with empathy and insight, allowing him to effectively manage both the legal and emotional dimensions of conflict.
Sean’s approach is informed by advanced training under multiple attorneys, a retired judge, and a psychoanalyst, equipping him with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics alongside legal and procedural considerations. In addition to his mediation practice, Sean serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Operations Manager of a California-registered financial advisory firm. He holds a Series 65 investment license, maintains the CES (Certified Trust and Estate Specialist) designation, and brings years of experience as a certified Trial Director supporting litigation teams through trials. He also has extensive experience as a small business owner, providing him with a practical understanding of negotiation, risk management, and real-world decision-making.
