01. Initial Consultation

Every matter begins with a confidential consultation. This conversation is designed to understand the nature of the dispute, assess whether mediation is appropriate, and provide a clear overview of the process.

03. Framework & Ground Rules

At the outset of mediation, we establish a professional framework that governs the process. This includes confidentiality, communication standards, and a shared understanding of roles.

Once finalized, the agreement provides a clear path forward. Where applicable, it may be submitted to the court for formalization.
